Boutique Hotel Baku

It’s very centrally located (7-8 mins leisurely walk to Sahil metro station. 8-10 to the boulevard. 12-15 to the Old Town. A Bolt ride to the old town costs 0.8 AZN). It’s also very very cosy, warm, and safely located. There’s a SPAR supermarket across from it, and banks around the corner. Tons of street food and fast food joints too. The staff was so so kind. My room itself had all required amenities that I expect from a boutique hotel — a very cosy stay. The top floor restaurant has great timings, and DELICIOUS food. It’s also very affordable!! They also do airport transfers at a reasonable price. I’d love to come back here!

very good central location. very clean and decent room size for the price. special shoutout to Shamsi who was very helpful to us throughout our stay and helped for us out with everything including translation with the taxi drivers 😊

The hospitality of Shamsi and Abi was excellent. Despite my checkout time before breakfast time, they arranged to serve me breakfast at my room at a much earlier time.

They are very responsive in my inquiries before our flight to Baku. Staff are very accommodating, we arrived early and they allow us to check-in immediately as our room is already ready, which I really appreciate. Thanks to Mr. Ramil & Mr. Amil for assisting us, and to all the staff. They made my birthday special, thanks for the present, i really appreciate it. I love everything about the Boutique Hotel Baku, also the Iguana Bar & Resto, every cozy and with relaxing atmosphere. It is worth the price. The place is near the Spar, near the Nizami St, walking distance in the tourist attractions inside the city. Again, thank you for making my birthday special. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
